Your time in Cape Town is spent discovering the Cape with a scenic drive along the Peninsula to Cape Point where it is believed the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet, the Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach as well as magnificent Table Mountain. While in Cape Town, spend a day in the Winelands visiting various wine estates and sampling an assortment of wines.
Continue to Botswana, which will be your home for the next few days. Your journey through Botswana allows you to spend some time in some of its significant wilderness areas. The Okavango Delta is the world’s largest inland delta in a very dry area which yields some of the best game viewing experiences and bird watching. The Moremi Game Reserve forms part of the Delta and boasts large herds of plains game such as buffalo, zebra and wildebees. And with large herds of plains game comes a great influx of predators as well. As you travel through Botswana your last stop will be the Savute which is located in the southern part of the Chobe National Park. Following the Moremi travel to the Savute a prime game viewing destination. The Savute is very dry and desert-like with many pans which hold water for a long time keeping the wildlife in this dry area for longer. The Savute is also home to large herds elephant and lion prides.
Following your time in Botswana travel to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe to unwind, relax and embrace the magnificence of the Falls. Watch the sunset over the fall while you cruise along the Zambezi River and enjoy some spectacular views of the falls from the air as your fly over in a helicopter.
WELCOME TO CAPE TOWN! On arrival in Cape Town you will be met by your eAfricaSAFARI Tours representative who will transfer you to your hotel. The balance of the day will be at leisure. Dinner under own arrangements. Overnight at your chosen Cape Town hotel.
After breakfast you and your tour guide will depart for your full day Cape Peninsula Tour and start your day with an ascent by cable car to the notorious Table Mountain (weather permitting). Thereafter head south along the Atlantic Seaboard towards Hout Bay and over Chapman’s Peak, offering stunning views and perfect photo opportunities. Continue to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve where we will spend some time at Cape Point and witness the meeting of the Atlantic Ocean and Indian Ocean currents.
Enjoy lunch en-route followed by a visit to the penguin colony at Boulder's Beach before making your way back to your hotel. Dinner to own arrangements. Overnight at your hotel. (B, L)
After breakfast, depart the hotel for a full day tour of the beautiful Cape Winelands. The Winelands is well known for producing some of the world’s premium wines and rich in history and culture. Explore historical towns like Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek each town offers a variety of wines and lies within easy driving distance from each other. Your tour includes two or three (time permitting) wine tastings and a cellar tour at one of the estates. The estates we will visit today will be either of the following – Fairview, Nelson’s Creek, Solms Delta, Moreson, and Waterford. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel this morning, followed by check out. Your eAfricaSAFARI Tours representative will collect you from the hotel and transfer you to Cape Town International for your flight to Maun, Botswana (booked under own arrangements). On arrival at Maun International Airport, you will be met and transferred by air to your lodge located in the Okavango Delta. On arrival at the airstrip, you will be met by your lodge representative and transferred by 4x4 safari vehicle to the lodge. Enjoy a light lunch on arrival at the lodge followed by some relaxation time.High Tea will be served on the lodge deck before departing for your afternoon activity. Game viewing in the Okavango Delta is done either by motorised boat or mokoro poled by your guide. The mokoro is locally made dugout canoe which enables for easy access through the Delta’s many channels and will allow you to get close to the wildlife. Game such as lechwe and reed bucks, rarely seen on land but will certainly be your highlight as you move through the channels on the Delta. Return to the lodge in the late afternoon. Your day starts with an early morning wake up call, followed by some tea or coffee before heading off on your morning game activity. Enjoy a morning game drive either by motorised boat, mokoro or walking safari. On your walking safari through the Delta you will spot amazing little things such as insects, animal tracks, etc. You may combine a walking safari with a return to the lodge by mokoro. Return to your lodge for brunch and some relaxation time. High tea will be served before your afternoon activity. Your last morning in the Okavango Delta starts with an early morning wake up call. Enjoy an early morning coffee or tea served at the lodge before departing for your final activity in the Okavango Delta. Enjoy a delicious and hearty brunch on return to the lodge followed by check out. Your lodge representative will transfer you to the airstrip for your light aircraft transfer to your lodge in the Moremi Reserve. On arrival at the airstrip you will be met by your lodge representative and transferred by 4x4 safari vehicle to the lodge.
On arrival at the lodge you will be met and offered a short orientation of the lodge. Enjoy a light lunch followed by some relaxation time. High Tea will be served at the lodge deck before departing for an afternoon game drive.Depart the lodge accompanied by your knowledgeable and skilled ranger and head into the Moremi Reserve for an afternoon game drive. Your sightings could include viewing of lion, leopard, cheetah and the endangered African Wild Dog. Return to the lodge for dinner. Overnight at your Lodge. (B, L, D)

Depart the lodge accompanied by your ranger for your early morning game drive which takes you out and among the wild landscape. Expect to see a variety of wildlife from big cats, to hippo, rhino, antelope, giraffe and buffalo. The Moremi Reserve is well known for being the predator capital of the world and is the only place within Botswana where the Big Five can be seen. Return to the lodge for brunch followed by some relaxation time or explore the lodge facilities. A delectable high tea will be served at the lodge deck before departing on your afternoon game drive. You may discuss with your ranger where to continue your search and your wildlife wishes. The afternoon game drive is just as impressive and exciting as the morning game drives. The animals and birds come out from their siesta and the bush becomes alive with sights and sounds. Return to the lodge for dinner. You may have an opportunity to freshen up before dinner. Enjoy your last game drive in the Moremi Reserve as you search for wildlife you might not have seen on the previous game drives. Return to the lodge for brunch followed by check out. On arrival at the airstrip, you will be met by a lodge representative and transferred by 4x4 safari vehicle to the lodge.
Enjoy a light lunch on arrival at the lodge followed by check in and some relaxation time. High Tea will be served at the lodge deck before departing for an afternoon game drive accompanied by your knowledgeable ranger. Game drives are conducted in open 4x4 safari vehicles in the Savute area and are centred around drives throughout the Savute area including a visit to the Savute Marsh and view the historic presence of the Savute Channel.

Morning game drives will take you out among the largest populations of elephants. The big cats are always around too and depending on the season, you may also experience the great migrations of zebra and antelope. Return to the lodge for a hearty brunch followed by some relaxation time or explore the lodge facilities. High Tea will be served on the lodge deck. You may discuss with your ranger your wishes and expectations for the afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge in the early evening. Dinner will be served at the lodge dining area. Early morning wakeup call for your last morning game drive. Your ranger will have one last chance to impress you with his skills and instincts for the Savute area. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on return to the lodge, followed by check out. A lodge representative will assist with your transfer to the airstrip for your light aircraft flight to Kasane.
After clearing customs and immigrations at Kasane Airport you will be met by your Victoria Falls representative and transferred by road across the border to your hotel in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. Enjoy a light lunch served at the hotel’s restaurant and enjoy some relaxation time. Your local guide will collect you from the hotel and transfer you to the jetty for your Sunset Cruise down the Zambezi River. The cruise is an outstanding way to view a variety of game including hippo, crocodile and elephant in their natural environment as well as many bird species. Enjoy many photo opportunities as you watch the amazing African sunset. Return to your hotel for dinner. Overnight at your hotel in Victoria Falls. (B, L, D)
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant before departing on your morning activities. Your local guide will return this morning to collect you for your walking tour of The Falls, also called Mosi-oa-Tunya – ‘the Smoke that Thunders’ because of the thick mist caused by the crashing water as it drops. Your tour of this World heritage Site offers some breathtaking views of Devil’s Cataract, Main Falls as well as Horse Shoe Falls allowing for some great photo opportunities. Your guide will happily share some history and fascinating and interesting facts regarding the Victoria Falls.
Following your walking Falls tour, continue to the helipad for a spectacular scenic flight over the Victoria Falls and the Zambezi River. Return to the hotel for lunch. You have the afternoon at leisure to enjoy the optional activities offered in Livingstone such as elephant back safari, walk with the lions, bungee jumping, canoeing or kayaking. Your local guide will collect you and assist with your transfer to Victoria Falls International Airport for your flight to Johannesburg.
